WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES? IS SHIPPING INSURED?
Shipping is always free and insured for watches, unless otherwise defined in checkout details. Squale ships worldwide through UPS and Swiss Post Priority.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Choose the item you want to buy and click the “Add to Cart” button. To complete your order, follow the checkout instructions. Your order will not be completed until you submit your payment information. You can pay by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. It is also possible to place an order by phone by contacting customer service.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You should receive your order within 15 business days from date your payment is received. For any further information you can always contact our customer service.
DO I HAVE TO PAY VAT?
VAT Policy:
VAT is not included in the price.
- For shipments in Switzerland, VAT will be added during checkout.
- For shipments outside of Switzerland VAT may be collected on delivery in accordance with local laws.
WARRANTY
All Squale products are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase.
